Grounding; Strengthening the Roots and Core of Our Being
Grounding anchors our sense of self and place. Through mirroring ourselves in nature we can accept ourselves more fully and live more consciously. Exploring the duality of interdependence and self-responsibility, we connect more deeply with ourselves and define our needs. Experiencing our rootedness in tangible and surprising ways, we explore what it takes to be ourselves fully and to live purposefully.
Held outside for 90 minutes each week over 6 weeks, we tap into the inherent sustenance that nature offers, providing us with a sense of belonging and boosting our sense of place in the world.
